How is your project going?

We hope your project for the Meta Horizon Creator Competition is coming along smoothly! With the deadline under a week away, we wanted to send a friendly reminder to ensure everything is on track.

You can edit your submission as much as you would like before the deadline, so start one today here. If you have questions on how to submit, here is a video walkthrough of the entire submission process.

Here's a handy checklist to review while finalizing your world

✅ Submission Checklist:

  • Did you build a new world using the desktop editor tool?
  • Did you publish a world in Meta Horizon that works seamlessly on mobile?
  • Did you record and upload a 3-minute demo of the world that shows footage of your world?
  • Did you complete all the submission steps on Devpost? Your project should show it is SUBMITTED from the My projects page. This will require:
    • URL to your hosted demo video on YouTube.
    • URL to your published World.
    • Accompanying documentation that is around 200-300 words about your world (for example: your inspiration, how you built it, and future plans for improvement).
    • Selection of any two (2) categories you are submitting your world into for the special category awards.

If you've checked all the boxes above, you're well on your way to submitting a stellar project! Remember, submissions are due on December 8, 2025 before 5:00 PM Pacific Time. Start or continue editing your project today.
